Commer Mobile Camera Van by Corgi

Commer Mobile Camera Van ref479 by Corgi from 1967.
This version of the Corgi Commer van was finished in metallic blue and white. It was fitted with a rooftop camera and camera operator with additional black suitcase luggage, opening rear doors and silver shaped wheels.

Corgi have produced many different variants of the Commer van over the years including the lovely Milk Float.

This particular model was sold on ebay by George's Good Stuff in March 2006 for £165 in the following condition:
This beautiful Corgi model is in stunning mint perfect condition, I can’t find a mark on it anywhere, and the little ‘jewelled diamond’ of the camera lens is still in there!
It comes in its original outer window box with header card which is showing a little creasing on the rear but is clean, bright and 100 per cent complete, with perfect intact cellophane - the only drawback is the inner card tray is missing, but everything else is absolutely superb.
A fantastic-looking and rarely-offered Corgi model from its golden 1960s heyday, and a wonderful addition to any collection!
