UFO Interceptor by Dinky Toys

UFO Interceptor ref351 by Dinky Toys from 1978 to 1980.
Finished in metallic green bodywork with orange support legs, this UFO model featured a front firing black and yellow missile with a loading spring located on the underside.
Dinky made this model with different bodywork and missile colour combinations.

This particular model was sold on ebay by George's Good Stuff in April 2006 for £132 in the following condition:
The model is in stunning perfect mint condition, I can't find a mark on it anywhere, it doesn’t look like it has been played with at all, and it comes in its equally superb complete original window box, showing just a small surface tear on the front, otherwise barely any wear at all, with all flaps etc intact, perfect intact cellophane and the original polystyrene inner all complete - very nice indeed!
All in all, a great TV sci-fi collectable, very rarely offered in this great condition, and a wonderful addition to any collection!
