Chipperfields Circus Land Rover with Elephant and Cage Gift Set by Corgi Toys

This particular model was sold on ebay by George's Good Stuff in January 2007 for £185 in the following condition:
The models in this great circus set are in very close to mint perfect condition - the Land Rover has just a couple of tiny dust-sized specks at the rear, the trailer a few similar age wear specks along the top of the front raised edge, but overall both vehicles are in absolutely stunning condition for their age.
The brown cage and original elephant animal figure are both in perfect condition - the doors and ramp on the cage both open smoothly.
The box inner display tray is very strong and crisp with straight lines and only minimal wear to the wheel slots, while the outer is showing some light overall age wear but is all crisp strong and complete, and also present is the very rare original inner card packing.
Overall a supreme example of an increasingly hard to find circus set, one of Corgi's many fine model gift sets from the 1960s, and a great addition to any collection!
