Carrimore Detachable Axle Machinery Carrier by Corgi Major Toys reference number 1104 from 1958.
This great early model from Corgi Major Toys featured a red Bedford cab with a grey trailer and came complete with a fully working operating winch mechanism, smooth disc wheel hubs and black ridged tyres.

This particular model was sold on ebay by George's Good Stuff in November 2007 for £87 in the following condition:
This beautiful and very hard to find early Corgi Major model is in stunning near mint perfect condition, there are a few tiny specks on the cab and some dots on the edges of the rear detachable wheel arches, but overall this is in superb condition for its age, it's an absolute beauty, with fully working winch mechanism with the original string attached to the grab.

It comes in its superb lift-off lid original box which has some light age and storage wear but is overall crisp, strong and 100 per cent complete, and also comes with the original complete inner packing - very nice indeed!

A stunning example of one of Corgi's rarest late-1950s models and an absolute beauty for any collection!
