James Bond Lotus Esprit by Corgi
James Bond Lotus Esprit ref269 by Corgi from 1977.
Corgi released this version of the Lotus Esprit to tie in with the Roger Moore James Bond
movie The Spy Who Loved Me. It was finished in white and black with a red
007 bonnet decal.
Corgi made this model in 'submarine mode' with the wheels retracted and the arches covered up. It had retractable fins and rear rudder. Missile tubes were mounted in the rear window which fired 4 missiles using a button on the car body.
