U.S. Army Field Kitchen by Corgi Toys

U.S. Army Field Kitchen ref359 by Corgi Toys from 1965.
This great little military model was based on the Mr Softee Ice-Cream Van by Corgi ref428 and was finished in olive green with a light blue interior. It featured spring suspension, sliding windows and a kitchen galley with a swivelling army chef figure inside.

This particular model was sold on ebay by George's Good Stuff in June 2006 for £119.87 in the following condition:
This beautiful and rarely offered model is in stunning virtually mint perfect condition, hard to find better than this anywhere, and it comes in its equally superb original box, showing barely any age wear, with no marks or labels of any kind, very crisp, clean, bright and complete - very nice indeed!
Another of Corgi's fantastic models from their golden 1960s period, this was one of several U.S. Army models released for sale in 1965. Getting hard to find examples as good as this - a superb addition to any collection!
