Ford 5000 Super Major Tractor with Trenching Bucket by Corgi Toys

The Ford 5000 Super Major Tractor with Trenching Bucket by Corgi Toys reference number 72 from 1971.
Finished in blue and grey with a yellow rear trenching bucket mechanism with black hydraulic pipes. This lovely diecast tractor model came with front wheel steering, a driver figure and ridged black tyres.

This particular model was sold on ebay by George's Good Stuff in November 2007 for £335 in the following condition:
This beautiful and very hard to find Corgi model model is in absolutely stunning mint perfect condition, I can't see a mark on this anywhere, it's an absolute beauty - a prime example of a fantastic and rare early 1970s farm model.

It comes in its superb original window box which is showing a front edge hinge surface tear (neatly repaired) to the outer box, while the plastic inner display is also present (missing one inner side piece, and with a few tiny splits, but this is barely noticeable when the model is displayed inside), overall crisp, clean, bright, and 100 per cent complete - very nice indeed!
