Dinky Alfa Romeo Racing Car 232

The Dinky Toys Alfa Romeo Racing Car ref232 from the 1954-64 period.
This Alfa Romeo Racing Car has red with white bodywork with 8 decals, a white racing driver figure and red wheel hubs with grey ridged tyres.
The baseplate om these models are black and reads 23F Dinky Toys Alfa Romeo Made In England Meccano Ltd.

This particular model was sold on ebay by George's Good Stuff in January 2006 for £45.40 in the following condition:
This beautiful Dinky racing car model is showing one or two tiny marks, plus the residue of some tape across the bonnet, but is overall in very good condition, and it comes in its original box which is clean but missing one flap and inner tuck-in at one end.
A very nice example of one of Dinky’s rarely offered racing car models, not often offered in this fantastic condition, and a great addition to any collection!
