Paramedic Truck ref267 by Dinky Toys from 1979.
Finished in red with yellow accessories. It featured firemen figures, inner diorama and an Emergency Squad badge.
It was released in 1979 to tie in with an American TV series, Emergency. It was available for less than a year before Dinky withdrew it from sale.

This particular model was sold on ebay by George's Good Stuff in December 2006 for £29.99 in the following condition:
This very scarce Dinky TV collectable is in immaculate mint condition, 100 per cent complete with all extras, and it comes in its equally superb window box with perfect cellophane and crisp clean bright card box and surround - an absolute beauty!
This model is very hard to get hold of - Don't miss this chance of filling a difficult gap in your collection!
