The Volvo 1800s Saloon Car ref116 by Dinky Toys from 1966.
Finished in red with a light cream interior. It featured opening doors, bonnet and boot, jewelled headlights, chrome silver detailing, number plates and silver wire wheels.

This particular model was sold on ebay by George's Good Stuff in January 2007 for £127 in the following condition:
This beautiful and hard to find Dinky model is in immaculate mint condition, I don't think it has ever been played with, and it comes in its equally superb box with a crisp, clean, bright card base and its clean, clear plastic lid complete with original gold and black 'stats' label, and also an original toy shop price label on one end - very nice indeed!
All in all, a superb example of one of Dinky's best-looking 1960s models, not often offered in this fantastic condition, and a great addition to any collection!
